How it works
01
I look at your power use and what you want out of solar, then put together a clear estimate for you to consider.
02
A system is designed around your roof and your usage. I walk you through it line by line and answer your questions.
03
The project goes through city permitting and utility approval. I keep you updated as each stage clears.
04
Sunrun handles installation and activation. I stay available through the handoff and after it is on.
Common questions
Most plans are $0 down. What you pay depends on the plan you choose, and I will show you each option side by side before you decide anything.
There are lease, power purchase and purchase options. Each one splits the cost differently, and I will walk you through what the monthly picture looks like for your home.
The agreement can transfer to the new homeowner, or it can be settled at closing depending on your plan. Tell me which plan you are on and I will explain your options.
Roof condition is checked before anything is installed. If it needs work first, you will hear that from me early rather than after the fact.
It depends on your city's permitting and your utility. I will give you a realistic window for your address and keep you posted at each stage.
Then I will tell you. If the numbers do not work for your home, usage or rate plan, there is no reason for you to move forward.
